Step-by-step installation

Troubleshooting common install problems

If the Android APK fails to install, check that "Unknown sources" is enabled in your device settings (Settings → Apps → Special access → Install unknown apps). If your browser warns that the APK is unsafe, this is normal: our APK is signed with our development certificate, not Google's Play Store certificate. You can verify the signature by comparing it to our published certificate fingerprint on this page. If the iOS web app does not add to your home screen, make sure you are using Safari (not Chrome) and that you have enough free storage. If you get a KYC verification error during sign-up, check that your national ID photo is clear, fully visible, and matches your registered name and date of birth. Contact our support team via your account message centre if the problem persists.

Certificate trust: Android may warn that the APK is from an unknown source. This is expected because we do not distribute through Google Play. Our APK is cryptographically signed and can be verified using our published certificate. Only download from livesport.club to ensure authenticity.

Data, permissions, and account security

We request minimal permissions: location (to verify jurisdiction eligibility), camera (for KYC ID uploads), and contacts (optional, for account recovery). We do not sell your data or use it for marketing. All data is encrypted with TLS 1.3 in transit and stored with AES-256 encryption at rest. We implement two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS or authenticator apps so your account is protected even if your password is compromised.
